Responsibilities: 
Working within Service Department, the position of Supervisor of Training and Recruitment is responsible to manage end to end recruitment , organizing and manage training and development programs in ANZ Service Department.

 Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills & must be fluent in English
  2. Experience by working in a very dynamic and supportive environment
  3. Strong focus on building relationships, confident, creative, self motivated,  pro-active, and a team player
  4. Experience in Recruitment process or Human Resource Management and Training
  5. Call centre experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry is advantage
